Today I want to talk about Microdermabrasion, my most effective and favorite procedure.
What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is one of the most highly desired treatments by clients. The microdermabrasion machine is made of a compressor and pump that mix gentle abrasion with suction to peel the outer skin layer (10-15 microns of skin, a layer so thin that you can't see it). The entire procedure, unlike dermabrasion or laser skin surgery, doesn't take more than 30-60 minutes. You can have it on the face, neck, chest, back, feet and hands.
Microdermabrasion can be performed anytime, with sessions at 10 days apart from each other for best results. You can expect to feel as if you have a mild sun burn or windburn. You skin will feel very dry and may peel. This is natural and is the purpose of the procedure. You should regularly apply a high quality moisturizer as well as a high protection sun block. Do not expose your face to sunlight for long periods of time, not even tanning beds. You should not use any exfoliating scrubs or lotions beforehand or afterwards for at least 3 days. Your skin will be smoother and the damage will be lessened. Although for serious damage a series (of 4 to 6 sessions) can be scheduled at 5 day intervals. It truly depends upon my determination of your skin condition.

Address those early signs of skin damage TODAY. Correct hyper pigmentation and accelerate the production of fresh cells and collagen.Microdermabrasion has been proven to be one of the most popular non-surgical medical procedures on the market today.
